Join Skipstone for an intimate dinner at our estate where we will be debuting our new releases of Luka's Blend Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Oliver's Blend Cabernet Sauvignon along with selections from our cellar from to pair with a 4 course meal prepared by Chef Dustin Valette, Proprietor and Chef of The Matheson and his eponymous restaurant, Valette.

His international travel and stages at some of the world's most innovative restaurants in Asia and Europe have refined his skill set and influenced his international approach to ingredients and cooking.
