Skipstone will be debuting the 2022 Luka's Blend Cabernet Franc, 2023 Oliver's Blend Cabernet Sauvignon, 2023 Malbec, and 9th ed. Champagne accompanied by additional selections from our cellar to pair with this four course dinner.
Chef Gary Penir was born and raised in Napa Valley, and has been a chef for over a decade at some of its finest restaurants including Wine Spectator Restaurant at the Culinary Institute, and 2 Michelin starred Cyrus Restaurant. His international travel and stages at some of the world's most innovative restaurants in Asia and Europe have refined his skill set and influenced his international approach to ingredients and cooking.
